We process personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example via the contact form or in a conversation with the assistant on this website:

- Company name (optional)
- Content of your message
- The messages you type in the conversation with the assistant
The assistant is an automated system. Do not share sensitive data in the conversation, such as health data, passwords or financial details.
3. Why we process data
We process your data in order to:
- Contact you in response to your request
- Prepare a quote or proposal
- Carry out our services
The legal basis is your consent or the performance of a contract.
4. Retention period
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
The conversation with the assistant is kept in your own browser and deleted after 14 days without activity; "New conversation" deletes it at once. If you leave your details in the conversation, we receive them by e-mail together with the conversation and treat them as a request via the contact form.
5. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with third parties when this is necessary for our services or legal obligations.
- E-mail delivery via Resend (contact form and requests via the assistant)
- DeepSeek, for composing the answers of the assistant and the summary of a request you make through the assistant. The messages you type in the conversation are sent to this service for that purpose and processed outside the European Economic Area (China). Your name, e-mail address and phone number from the request form are not sent there.
- Vercel, for hosting and anonymised page statistics, without marketing cookies.
6. Cookies
This website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies. No tracking or marketing cookies.
The conversation with the assistant is kept in the local storage of your browser, so it is still there when you return. That is not a cookie and is not used to track you.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us via info@softki.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
