Why we start with the process
Many businesses lose time to systems that do not work together, to work done by hand and to information spread across different tools. Not because there is no software, but because the software does not fit how the work actually runs.
That is why we do not start with technology. We first look at how your business works: which steps a request goes through, where someone retypes something, where people wait for a colleague. Only once that is clear do we decide what software or AI can take over.
What we build, we keep as small as possible. No standard package that almost fits and no system bigger than the problem. Just software your people use, because they recognise their own work in it.
What the name means
SoftKi stands for software and artificial intelligence: software that fits how your business works, and artificial intelligence that takes the manual work out of it.
